Needs FAA NMS-API credentials: set FAA_NMS_CLIENT_ID and FAA_NMS_CLIENT_SECRET in the backend's environment (and FAA_NMS_BASE to point at pre-prod instead of production). Until then the DATA panel's NOTAMS row reads “no FAA API key on backend”.
